Yes, your application is highly secure. We are an authorised dealer for Astro, Maxis, and Allo Internet. All personal information is processed with strict privacy protocols and data protection measures.
No hidden fees. You’ll pay the same standard rates as at any official Astro or broadband outlet. We never request credit card details.
Note: Extra charges may apply only for non-standard installations, as determined by the service provider.
Once we receive your completed details, we’ll submit your application to Astro within 24 working hours. Most installations are scheduled and completed within 2 to 7 business days.

You’ll need to buy a new NJOI HD box for RM328 (incl. GST) and pay RM100 for installation.
Check the STB serial number on your decoder. HD-enabled boxes usually start with codes like PCVN, 95888TA, HDZPCA, etc. Use an HDMI cable for best quality.
Astro Go is Astro’s mobile streaming service that lets you watch live TV, shows, and movies on your phone, tablet, or PC. Anytime, anywhere in Malaysia.
You can register up to 3 devices at a time. To add a new one, remove an existing device. You can change devices once a month, up to 10 times a year.
Simply visit the Astro Go login page, click “Forgot ID/Password”, and follow the instructions to reset your credentials.
Yes. Astro customers can watch Astro Best and Astro First movies on both the TV decoder and Astro Go.

Astro OD is a streaming feature on your Astro box that lets you watch shows anytime by connecting to the internet. Choose from OD Free, OD Plus, or OD Store.
OD Plus is a premium content add-on priced at RM15.90/month. It includes latest dramas, kids shows, and movies. Free for SuperPack Plus subscribers.
OD Store offers a pay-per-view library of top movie titles from Astro Best, Astro First, and Astro A-List. You can purchase and watch anytime.
Press the “Home” button on your Astro remote, scroll to “On Demand”, and select. Ensure your decoder is connected to the internet.
